I hope that the wheatgrass worked for you. I have added fresh fruit and vegetable juices to my diet over the past few months and have never felt better. My breakfast is now a glass of juice made from pineapple, apple, celery, cucumber, spinach, and pureed avocado. It is a meal in a glass and I can last on that till lunchtime with no hunger pangs at all. As a result of this new regime (with a bit of light exercise thrown in, I have lost 10lb and feel twice as energetic. Many thanks for your inspirational post.
